Tim Crespi

Licensed Professional | Coach & Consultant
For over 19 years, Timothy Crespi has helped individuals and couples find greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding through a therapeutic process that honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. A Licensed Professional Counselor, Consultant, and Coach, Timothy holds degrees in Contemplative and Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and advanced training in Somatic Psychotherapy.
Timothy’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and experiential. Drawing from Gestalt Therapy, Parts-Work, Mindfulness, and Somatic awareness, he supports clients in navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. His work invites clients into a deeper awareness of the patterns that shape their lives, helping them reconnect with their innate capacity for balance, purpose, and genuine connection.
When working with couples, Timothy brings a warm, interactive style that focuses on repairing disconnection, improving communication, and rebuilding trust and intimacy.
At Pacific Premier Group, Timothy facilitates Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), offering safely guided and integrative experiences that support insight, emotional healing, and embodied change. He approaches psychedelic-assisted work as a pathway toward deeper connection to self, others, and the natural world.
With extensive experience as a guide and educator, Timothy has led contemplative wilderness retreats and contributed to the field of psychedelic care as a lead educator and supervisor with The Zendo Project. He also worked as a director and Co-lead on psilocybin retreats for Synthesis Institute. These experiences continue to inform his grounded yet expansive approach to healing.
At the heart of Timothy’s work is a belief in each person’s inherent wisdom and the possibility of living with greater presence, authenticity, and ease.
